  • Customer-provided measurements must be accurate. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect measurements shared by the customer unless measurement service is requested from us.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on fabric choice, size, and customization requirements.
  • Quotations shared via website, email, or WhatsApp are valid for a limited period and may change due to material availability.

4. Orders & Confirmation

  • We may require advance payment or deposit before processing custom curtain orders.
  • Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be accepted.

5. Installation Services

We provide professional curtain installation services across Dubai.

  • Installation dates are scheduled based on availability.
  • Any delays caused by external factors (traffic, site readiness, or access issues) are not under our control.
  • The customer must ensure the installation area is ready and accessible.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery timelines depend on fabric availability and order complexity.
  • We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe shared at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delays due to supplier or logistics issues will be communicated in advance.

7. Payments

  • Payments can be made via agreed methods at the time of order confirmation.
  • Full payment or partial advance may be required depending on order size.
  • Orders will not be processed until payment terms are fulfilled.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customized curtain and blinds orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Refunds are not applicable for made-to-measure products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
